Can I pay for more than one event?

Yes, you can make multiple selections and add them to your CheckOut. You will have one credit card transaction, but you will have to click OK to the refund policy for each event that you register for.

How do I update my contact information on this website?

Please make changes to your contact information at http://www.pmi.org . PMI sends out monthly chapter membership lists which we upload to the website. Updating your contact at www.pmi.org will ensure that we have your latest information and that you receive our notifications at the email address of your choice

I don't want to put my credit card into your system. Is it secure?

Our system is fully secured and does NOT store your credit card number or associated codes. We use a third party provider that is widely used by Merchants. Transactions are sent between your server and Merchant data centers via the Internet using a highly secure technique based on SSL. You do have the option to call PMI Nova Scotia with your credit card number if you wish to do so, but the Chapter may charge for this service, as it increases our overhead costs through extra staff time.

Why do I sometimes get an error screen?

There is a timeout set to prevent resources at the host site from being consumed when the system is not in use. The timeouts are necessary, especially where credit card transactions are involved. If you continually get these sorts of error screens, but know that you have not waited long between actions, please copy the screen by pressing the "Prnt Scrn" button on your keyboard (this will copy the screen into your 'clipboard"), pasting it into a document. Email it to contactus@pmisomd.org
